The first step when making a film is the writing, a precise synthetic idea of a few lines that is the fulcrum, the heart of what you want to tell. Then a story is written, a script, scene by scene detailed with camera movements, with movements of the actors, sounds and dialogues, this is the first phase.
With this script the next step is to look for producers and if they can be found the film will be shot. Then we take a look at the screenplay and compile a technical sheet where we write exactly what materials are needed and all that is needed individually for each scene.
After this the pre-production phase begins. The director compares and monitors the producer’s needs with their needs.
The third phase is filming, during the production we create the world that has been described in the script and designed in the pre-production phase. Scene by scene, frame by frame. All this small pieces of reality which make up our film but which don’t have a precise unit begin to take shape and are edited to reflect the script.
